DeepTalk Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your DeepTalk account and account data from inside the DeepTalk app or from this web page.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is through the DeepTalk app:

  1. Open the DeepTalk app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
  3. Enter your email address and tap Send Code.
  4. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email.
  5. After the code is verified, DeepTalk permanently deletes your account and signs you out.

What data is deleted

When your DeepTalk account is deleted, we delete or anonymise the personal data linked to your account, including:

What may not be deleted immediately

Some information may remain outside your DeepTalk account deletion for limited or legitimate reasons:

Guest mode and local-only data. Guest notes, favourites, hidden cards, custom decks, and named play sessions are stored only on your device. To remove guest or device-local data, delete the DeepTalk app or clear its app data from your device settings.

Request deletion outside the app

If you cannot access the app, email deeptalk@bridgely.link from the email address linked to your DeepTalk account and ask us to delete your account.
